Go Wild Wednesdays is a joint venture that has resulted from myself and Oonagh O Dwyer (Wild Kitchen) pooling together our joint expertise as well as our crazy passion for all things wild and wonderful. Between the two of us, we can commit to hosting a workshop experience for your benefit every single Wednesday throughout the Summer months from May to mid August. If you’re up for learning a new wild plant/food/seaweed/fermentation skill or if you just feel curious and up for trying something new, why not come along and check us out! Every Wednesday at The Cheese press, main street, Ennistymon from 11.30am to 1pm. Follow our workshops on the ‘Go Wild Wednesdays’ facebook page here.
